The European Challenge Tour will travel to France four times in 2021. It will take place from September at the Pont Royal International Golf Course in Mallemort, in the south of France.
This year, the Challenge Tour will visit France on the Pont Royal International Golf Course, one of the 4 French courses to host a professional European tournament in 2021.
Following trips to the Hauts de France Golf Open in Saint Omer in June, Le Vaudreuil Challenge in July and the Cordon Golf Open in Pléneuf-Val-André in August, the stunning Golf International de Pont Royal will welcome the Challenge Tour in September.
The Golf de Pont de Royal entertains the “Hopps Open de Provence” tournament for the 3rd edition, it is used to European spar because it has been the host of an Alps Tour tournament for thirteen years.
The Seve Ballesteros-designed layout, which is the only course in France designed by the 50-time European Tour winner, opened in 1992 and is widely-acclaimed for its slick greens and highland holes which offer stunning views of the Luberon and Alpilles mountain ranges.
Set in pine woods in the commune of Mallemort, between Aix en Provence and Avignon, the picturesque layout is 30 minutes from both Marseille and Avignon airports.
